I just got home from Talaban implementation and here goes a big thanks to Hetians! Somehow, we manage to get things done, no matter what the methods are. I am so proud of you guys.
Last night, I missed one of my favorite uncle's goodbye dinner all for to my love for Gela. Instead of eating dinner, Klar,Kaye, Bianca, Andrew, and I walked around Glorietta in search for the hidden Dencio's. Apparently, no one knew where it was and everyone gave very different directions that led us to Glorietta 4, 3, and 2 and even to Park Square, where Gerry's Grill happened to be.
I'm sorry Gela, but your dreams of joining the Amazing Race are going to have go on hold if you don't want to be embarrassed on national television. Dinner was really good though. We stuffed ourselves till we looked so round and couldn't curtsy properly.
Finally, we practiced. The "final" practice before the real thing later on. It was the same old thing, except we had to take note of where we were supposed to be. It felt the same with Maam Lydia barking at us, except we were at a hotel and even more tired than usual.
I had fun at practice, but it also made me a little sad. I'm actually going to miss hanging out with these new found friends. I guess being stuck with the same nine guys and eight girls twice or more every week does take a toll on you. My feet hurt from all the dancing and my head hurts from sleeping late and waking up early, but it doesn't matter. I guess I did get some things out of it.
Wish me luck tonight! I think my skirt's too long, but all I pray for is that I don't trip or forget the steps. Who cares if I won't ever get my "beso," I just don't want to screw up. Tango and Waltz, here I come!
