And if I listen I can hear you [28 Down/24 To Go!]
[-] I'm sorry for the deluge of entries. I'm frantically trying to catch up on my updates and my flist and I'm failing at both. As it is, I'm still five entries behind for this current week and I'm just posting my weekender of the week before. I can definitely blame this on work.

[-] Being busy is good, because it just means we have work, but sometimes I wish there'd be a little less. I know I complain and whine a lot, and I shouldn't, cause I should be thankful, but I can't help but get exhausted sometimes and this is one of those weeks that just didn't end.

[+] My childhood ended a little bit with Harry Potter ending this week. I'm glad I was able to catch it with friends (even if one of them isn't the biggest fan -- she hasn't seen the first installment!). Still, ending my childhood with my childhood friends felt right.

[+] If all goes well, I'll be on track (LJ-wise) by next week. Hope you're all having a good week.

My dad's crazy generous. His team of doctors all got iPads as bonuses and he gave it to my brother -- who was seriously in shock when he received it. Though I'm not exactly dying to get an iPad, I'm still quasi-excited to install apps for them to enjoy. I'm totally happy with my Kindle but those damn Apple marketing campaigns are always so tempting.

Despite my staying late at work, my dad was able to pick me up right at the office lobby. I love it when my dad gets out right on time that I get to hitch a ride going home. It takes roughly the same time with him but it's free and I'm not crushing myself with everyone else. Plus more time with dad who I barely see thanks to work keeping us both busy.

It's the last day of the thirty for thirty remix and though I was totally lazy with uploading photos, I was really happy with how it turned out (with all that color and pink!). I do miss the rest of my wardrobe though, and I'll try my best to catch up with uploading things. Who knew work would actually get in the way of my internet life? I don't approve.

And though Friday is still a bit away, some of my friends already caught the last Harry Potter and apparently cried buckets. I'm a little sad to let it go, but at the same time, I'm also excited to see how they wrap it all up. Somehow, I feel like I'll be crying.

I've been waking up late and thus having to hail a cab to the MRT station. This is becoming an ultra expensive habit and I really just need to wake up earlier which means I need to sleep earlier, which frankly, I'm not able to do recently.

Seeing as my little sister is off to her retreat, i was able to use the computer and finally touch it after a week's hiatus from it (outside of work). So I'm trying my bestest to catch up with all the posts I missed and with work taking over, I don't think I'll have enough time. Oh the

So that's an FHM 100 Sexiest event. I've always heard about it but now that I work for the company that mounts it, I thought I'd check it out. And though the traffic was bad, parking horrible and the lines uber long, you could see why people would bother lining up or trekking all the way to the World Trade Center to see it.

I'm not even a guy and I found it to be quite the spectacle. With a theme like burlesque, there's lots of possibilities. I really enjoyed the production numbers though I would kill to see PCD at the Viper Room, this wasn't half bad at all. And boys, chill okay? I don't think I've ever seen that many men (or cameras flashing) in my life..

Fridays are always tiring just because they're the last day of the work week and had me waking up extra late again. I really need to get better at this. Still, I managed to get some sort of work done though I was really just looking forward to watching Harry Potter with friends that evening. And when I was finally able to get out, I was practically bursting at the seams.

The teeny-bopper goodbye to childhood sleepover with my highschool barkada was fantastic. Started with Harry Potter and succumbed to the Justin Bieber Never Say Never documentary. Though i won't call myself a convert, I have to admit this kid works quite hard. I still miss the boyband days though. One tiny kid can't make up for five 'different' guys in a boyband.

I ended up waking up last since I slept the latest during the 'sleepover' but it was fun to have brunch with the friends. The MRT going home took forever though so I ended up spending half the afternoon out of the house. I wish commuting weren't this stressful really.

And finally, I was able to catch up on some of the LJ-ing I missed this past week. I feel like I'm never going to be caught up with the flist. I need to device a better way of not killing myself over missing entries too. There's just so much to catch up on, really.

For some reason, after mass this morning, my siblings and I were feeling like seeing the latest Transformers. I don't mind at all, since I want my Shia-fix, but I didn't think my siblings would be in a going-out mood at all (we usually aren't), so it was nice to have a little outing with the younger three.

We met up with my parents for dinner at Mango Tree (the best Thai restaurant ever, I could literally eat and eat and eat there). I wish I didn't have to go to work the next day. My Sunday was pretty well spent. I hope all Sundays are this chill.
