Still, beggars can't be choosers and though i'm still getting used to the oh so quaker-look he's rocking (no scruff at all? But why!!! At least they opened some buttons), they did throw in a piano for good measure. We're all good, Vanity Fair.

Rob on the media post-Twilight: “It’s just very traumatic. When [the Twilight mania] is over, the media will lose interest [in our relationship]. There’ll be nothing to say. It won’t fit into a headline anymore. It won’t fit into a template. It's hard to beat that other vanity fair photo shoot but cover boys can't be complained about. And again, they did give us a piano. Plus it's Leibovitz, so I guess that's an honor. It would be great if Rob got included in one of those Hollywood covers just because they're so iconic. But hey, he got a crocodile! not bad.
Rob on Kristen: Kristen is very focused on being an actress. I mean, that’s what she is—she’s an actress. Whereas I—I just don’t really know… She’s cool. Even before I knew her I thought she was a really good actress. Like, I saw Into the Wild, and I thought she was really good in that. I still think there are very few girls in her class that are as good as she is.
Rob on working with Reese: There’s something about her. She’s just this genuinely nice person. I don’t know if she puts an effort into creating a nice aura, but her mood dissipates over the whole set. It was a completely different environment from when she wasn’t there. All the kids and the animals were just drawn to her. It made it incredibly easy to do my part - all my reaction shots are just watching her work brilliantly. She’s really cool and she’s just…never, ever annoying. God, that’s the worst description, isn’t it?Rob in suspenders looking all working class? Yes please. This shoot is really making me very very excited for Water for Elephants and I'm hoping that we get a really good response from audiences for this. The book was pretty fantastic so I'm hoping the movie lives up to it. So far, with all the press Rob and Reese are doing, it's looking pretty good so fingers crossed everyone!
Reese on working with Rob: He’s an incredibly hardworking person with an incredible work ethic. He doesn’t ever complain. Not once. Which is sort of lower than the national average for actors. They’re always complaining. Especially the men!

Amanda on her dream co-star: "I’d really love to make out with Michael Fassbender. Put me in a movie with that guy. I’m serious. Wow"I'm a sucker for black and white photos. It makes everything look so classic to me. I'm not the biggest fan of animals, but it really works with this editorial. The baby lamb has to be my favorite and I'm really liking how Amanda just looks so serene and almost angelic in these.
On falling on love on set: [It is] one of the easiest things in the world. You’re both open. You’re put in a situation where you have to make out with each other. It’s easy for things to get carried away
Amanda gives dating advice: Never date somebody who doesn’t live in your country. It’s heartbreaking and confusing and it makes you go a little bit nuts. You don’t know where they sleep at night … You start second-guessing everythingI love how Amanda goes from a really classic look in one photo shoot to a really bohemian in this one. With the long flowing curls and the prints and ruffles in this one, she totally transforms herself in this photoshoot and I love how rich the colors are and how vibrant it all looks.
Amanda on acting: I’m an actor, I’m not a socialite. I’m playing a character, I’m playing versions of myself. For me, it’s important to be a chameleon.

Zooey on her personal style: I would say girly, flirtatious, colorful.” She pauses mulling this over for a minute. “Feminine, maybe, and soft. But yeah, definitely colorful.ZOOEY, please stop being so awesome. You are totally killing me with your cuteness and it's such a refreshing change to see her on a cover of a magazine. how I wish I could have hung out with her during the shoot just ebcause she seems like a really fun gal to hang out with. Plus maybe I could coerce her to belting out She & Him songs. God knows I love those.
Jake on his New years Resolution: To sit down and read a book. Life’s not a bike ride. I wouldn’t say exercise less, but sit with myself. It’s not: ‘I’m having a shitty day and I’m going to go for a run,’ but ‘I’m having a shitty day and I’m going for a run and I’m going to try to work out what’s going on.’ Not just get my serotonin levels up and feel good. I’m going to think about things. And the only way you can do that is to slow the pace down.
And Jake, please stop being so handsome. My love affair with you has been running since high school and you just keep getting hotter every year. It's not funny how often I dream of you and reading this article about how you like to read (we can read together) and exercise (maybe I could watch you?) just makes me love you more.

On her 'romance' with Ian: We expected the rumors. Like, if I wasn’t dating Ian, I’d be dating Paul. A lot of people who work together end up dating, so it wouldn’t be unusual, but I’ve never dated anyone I’ve worked with.I miss Vampire Diaries and when I saw Nina on the cover of Teen Vogue, I realized that I find her absolutely adorable. I love the colorful shoot and how wholesomely fun this seemed like. It makes me want to eat cotton candy and popsicles, cliche I know. This week marks the return of Vampire Diaries so I'm totally psyched to see her on my screen again.
On high school: wanted to be the jock, and I wanted to be a dancer and actress. I was also a gymnast and very academically driven. I always had a lot on my plate and was really overwhelmed. Not much has changed—I’m constantly trying to one-up myself and raising the stakes
