Because I can't seem to get enough of this brilliant show (), I came across some quotables that make me love the men of Sterling Cooper so much more.
"I came in the Dawson's Creek era; it was all about tiny guys who looked like teenagers, and I haven't looked like a teenager ever. So I was, like, auditioning to be their dads. At 25." -- Jon Hamm could've been Mitch Leery!? [Elle]
"I'm sure Ken or Paul always think Pete's an asshole, he never really shows them another side. But because we get to follow him to his parents' house and we get to follow him home and we get to see how he's treated by society, we say, 'Oh, well that makes more sense.'" -- Vincent Kartheiser tries to make us understand Pete's assholery [Starpulse]
But really the best quote of many (too many to count, just read it!) is from Don Draper well, technically it's the folks over at Jezebel pretending to be Don as they finally let the man for all seasons teach the douche of all seasons, Jon Gosselin a thing or two.
"You see, Jon, your name isn't just your name. It's your calling card. It's who you are. It's your brand. And you, Jon, are trashing the brand.... And maybe I make my mistakes in trying to ease these pressures, but I make mistakes like a man, Jon. Discreet. In fine hotels. Not parked at the edge of a booze-soaked pool in Vegas with my chest hair popping out of my shirt for all the world to see." -- Don Draper puts Jon Gosselin in his place. [Jezebel]
And here is the cast looking all so pretty and handsome and just generally too great at the "Mad Men" Season 3 Press Conference held at the Four Seasons Hotel on August 28, 2009 in Beverly Hills, California.
