New Born Baby

I don't know how it feels to be born, but today, when I woke up, I felt like a newborn kid. Why? Well, let's just say I slept for over 24 hours. Yes, Twenty-four hours. One whole season, of the show 24, an entire day, 1/365 of a year, 1/7 of a week, three entire school days. This is crazy!

And I enjoyed every bit of it. Sure, I had no idea how many dreams I already had and I missed a lot of vital conversation with my family and friends, but crap! That was fun. I knew I was tired when I slept on Saturday morning, but I didn't think I was that tired. This is the longest time I've slept ever. At least I think so.

Usually when I wake up after a prolonged amount of sleep, I feel groggy and my head hurts. Now the thing is, when I woke up, I didn't feel tired at all. I didn't have a head ache and I didn't feel like barfing. I just felt really good. What a good ending to my stressful week. With all that sleep, I don't know how I'm going to fall asleep tonight. I don't think I'll be able to get a wink.

I did something productive though when I woke up at 5:30 this morning. I watched The Good Girl. A shout out to a great friend, Kimi, who lent me the DVD. We all know I have taken a liking for Jake, and so I decide to watch this movie -- any chance to see him is a good thing for me. Now I find out that it's actually an entertaining film. Not in the laughing till your sides hurt kind of entertaining. It's not a thinking deeply and reading between the lines kind of flick either. It's kind of dark and kind of weird and yet there's some sense of normalcy in it. It's different.

Then the ending credits roll and the ending is a bit unexpected. The twist is sad and yet I'm not bawling. I see that Mike White wrote the movie. This guy, for those who don't know, also wrote The School of Rock. I ♥♥♥ that movie. It was so weird to watch him in such a different role. He played the weakling yet lovable teacher in School of Rock and in The Good Girl, he played this bible thumping, perverted police officer. This dude is so diverse.

Nevertheless, I give the movie a rating of four stars. I don't want to be biased because Jake looked really good in the film. Sure, he was kissing Jennifer Aniston most of the time, but hey I'm objective. Yeah right! I'll give it a five. I can't help it.

Good Charlotte

The Rockers
I'm not a Good Charlotte fan either, but I actually appreciate some of their songs. The fact that they worked so hard to get were they are right now -- like everyone else, merits a lot for me. And still, I don't quite think they are hot enough for me.

Maybe I'm into the pretty boys, maybe I like guys who shout model look alike, and maybe they just don't rock my boat, but I guess diversity is the key word when it comes to conjuring up lists like these. All the readers have to be satisfied and they surely are enough for other readers. As for me though, not quite my thing.

The Prince of R&B
What do I not find hot Usher should be the question. This guy has got the moves, the looks and the talent. From his good boy looks with a bad attitude to his killer dance steps and his no fuss vibe, this guy is the complete package. He is the real thing.

I absolutely loved 8701! All the fast songs were just so fun to dance and all the ballads made me want to cry. I didn't think he could ever top that one. And yet, he surprises me. With Confessions, this guy just blows everyone away. Yeah has been stuck in my head and has been rolling off my tongue since it got released.

He's got the grooves that make me want to swoon. To dance with him in a club would be a dream come true. Even his cameos make me sweat. In Beyoncé's video Naughty Girl, he was just swoon-worthy. The entire gangster/Fred Astaire vibe could get me going any day.

This guy is too hot for words.
