Still, having to wake up early and dragging myself to class reminds me that indeed I am in college. Bringing myself to go to school during the first week was really difficult as only half of my
I've got to say that so far, college is a bit daunting. I'm one of the unfortunate few who still don't have her ID. The drama to get one was just a bit unavoidable and unfortunately I'm stuck with a temporary one. However, I'm not going to complain, as it does all the functions of a real one. On the bright side, I still have time to lose weight so my face doesn't look too round on the ID picture that will be stuck with me for my entire stay in UP (given I don't lose it).
Thanks to the long weekend -- I even forgot why it was longer for a bit -- I had an extra day to laze around and not do any work for school. I promised myself I'd do some advanced reading for class (I have my readings and syllabus), but of course I didn't. I really would have, except that the classes I was going to read for are on Mondays and Thursdays and there wasn't any class. I promise to be more diligent though.
In other news, I just got home from an indirect shopping spree. Indirect because I was picking clothes for someone else. PB needed clothes and I was willing to choose for him. Being his lazy self, he didn't mind me choosing his clothes. This time it was even more fun because the color range had expanded. He used to wear only black and blue and white clothes, but he actually told me to go for other colors! This was great. I had to give some color in his wardrobe and it was fun because he's tall and skinny so things fit him really well.
Tomorrow, I'm once again trudging early to the Math Building, hoping my teacher will finally show up. Actually, she really doesn't, as long as I can manage to pass this semester, I won't mind.
