Off With Their Heads  
No Need for make up?[Just Jared]
The internet is screwing up and I could barely do anything online today so when I finally got to see these photos from the 2010 film Alice In Wonderland by Tim Burton, I got really excited.

I wasn't aware who the actor playing Alice was until I watched Defiance last weekend. Mia Wasikowska played Jamie Bell's forest wife in the film and she was one of those folks who looked pretty even when dirty.

I have high hopes for this film and I'm really excited to see how Tim Burton makes his magic with it. Of course, having Anne is an added bonus!

The Mad Hatter and the Red Queen

Johnny Depp will play the Mad Hatter, Matt Lucas, star of Little Britain, has recently been cast as both Tweedledum and Tweedledee, Helena Bonham Carter will be playing the Red Queen, Stephen Fry is to play The Cheshire Cat, Anne Hathaway has been cast as The White Queen, Alan Rickman as the Caterpillar, and Crispin Glover as the Knave of Hearts.
The very reliable Wikipedia lists those other actors in these corresponding roles. So Snape's in it too! This movie can only get better. I hope it comes out really well with all this effort. 2010 is so far away!

really? i was so scared by all the creatures but then i grew up and appreciated it more! i just want to see more from this! :D

ah SO AWESOME! I've been obsessed with Alice since i was a little girl and played Alice in a play (brunette Alice ftw! lol). I'm so excited for this movie!

I have to admit the casting is fairly awesome. Alan Rickman as the Caterpillar, Stephen Fry as the Cheshire Cat are WIN.

it's crazy what they can do with the CGI and stuff cause this was the johnny picture pre-photoshoppping and that up there is the post. amazing work though, i gotta say.

I LOVE CHESHIRE CAT!!! And Caterpillar! the casting is so great. i hope it's real, Wikipedia! :D

this came out in the local papers as well and i'm looking forward to this. the colourful costumes, the awesome cast and i loved Tim Burton's movies so this is sure to be a good one.
