Last night was just dismal. I think others can agree that it was not the best night at all. Everyone deserved to go although some deserved it more than others. I usually can't bear to watch results shows at all, so I rely on spoilers alone.

Kellie Pickler's looking good, but still not my favorite singer. I love her red dress and of course her 'red high heels.' But anyway, enough of the fluff.

Anyhow, while I can't say I'll really miss Amanda's singing, I will miss the gnarly jolt of hairspray and eyeliner and gin-soaked angst she brought to the stage each week. Instead, we get another week of — cue slightly off-key fiddles, please! — Kristy Lee Cook!

Although she wasn't my favorite contestant and this week's performance didn't help her case, I wish that Kristy Lee Cook went instead. I guess they needed Barbie for the tour because she doesn't really have anything to bring other than her looks. Sure Amanda was weird but at least she had personality, as for Kristy, she's just a piece of bread that has no character. I'll always enjoy her rendition of "I Hate Myself for Loving You." Carry on rocker nurse, Vote for the Worst is sorely disappointed.
